Codesaint Technologies

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Codesaint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. website and your engagement of our services. By using this site or engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms below.

Engagements

All paid engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or contract agreed with you before work begins, setting out scope, timeline, and price. These website terms cover use of the site itself, not the specifics of any individual engagement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, code, designs, and documentation delivered as part of a completed, paid engagement are transferred to the client on delivery. Content on this website — copy, design, and case study material — remains the property of Codesaint Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided for informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, we make no warranties about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, except as set out in a signed project contract.

Payment, invoicing & refunds

Fees, payment schedule (e.g. milestone or retainer billing), and currency are set out in your project contract or quote, not on this website — we do not publish price lists. Where we accept online payment (including via our published payment link), the amount charged is the amount agreed in writing beforehand. All fees are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise; a GST-compliant invoice (07AAHCC1196P1Z5) is issued for every payment.

Payments already made for work completed and delivered, or for time/resources already committed under a signed contract, are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error or a milestone was not delivered as agreed, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate in good faith; any refund due will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Advance/deposit refund terms for undelivered, not-yet-started work are as set out in your specific project contract.

Governing law & disputes

These terms, and any engagement with Codesaint Technologies Pvt. Ltd., are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties; if unresolved, the courts of Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration clause in a specific project contract.
