Pricing & process
We quote a fixed scope and fixed price in writing before work begins — no hourly surprises on fixed-scope work. Every project is different enough (industry, integrations, content volume) that we don't publish a generic price list; the audit call exists specifically so we can quote accurately instead of guessing. Ongoing services — hosting, AMC, support retainers — are flat monthly fees, agreed upfront.
Scope & ownership
You do — full stop. Source code, hosting accounts, domain registrations, and documentation are handed over at delivery. We don't hold your project hostage behind a maintenance contract; you stay with us because the work is good, not because leaving is hard.
Trust & compliance
Yes. NDAs are available on request before any detailed scoping conversation, we apply access controls by default on client systems and credentials, and we support self-hosted or on-premise deployment where your internal policy requires it.
AI & automation
We're honest about where each product stands. Outreach and SaintPost are live products we use and sell today. SaintVoice AI — our voice-agent product — is currently in development and not yet a production-ready product; we say so plainly on its page rather than overselling it. Client AI automation work (chatbots, document processing, workflow agents) is scoped and delivered project-by-project, same fixed-scope model as everything else.
