Access a copy of your data
Ask what personal data we hold about you, why we hold it, who we have shared it with, and how long we intend to keep it.

Ask us what we hold — or tell us to delete it.
One request covers all three of our services: this website, careers.codesaint.in, and support.codesaint.in. We answer within 30 days, and we do not charge for it.
Correct or complete it
Ask us to fix data that is wrong, or fill in data that is incomplete or out of date.

Erase it
Ask us to delete your data where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for, and no law requires us to keep it.

Withdraw consent
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — as easily as you gave it. We stop processing and erase, unless a legal obligation requires retention.

Take your data elsewhere
Ask for a machine-readable copy of data you provided to us, or ask us to send it to another provider.

Nominate someone
Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.

HOW TO ASK
Email us. That is the whole process.
Send your request to privacy@codesaint.in. Tell us which right you are exercising and which service it concerns. We may ask for proof of identity — only enough to be sure we are not disclosing your data to someone else, and we delete that proof once the request is closed.
If we cannot act on your request we will tell you why, and what you can do next.
