Digital Deliverables

As a technology services company, most of our deliverables are digital and delivered electronically via email, cloud storage, or GitHub repositories.

Hardware/Equipment

For any physical hardware or equipment provided as part of services:

• Shipping costs are separately quoted and billed
• Delivery timelines depend on vendor availability
• Hardware is shipped via reputable courier services

Returns

Hardware returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original, unopened packaging. Restocking fees may apply.

Damaged Items

Report any damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for replacement or refund.
